Residential Wholesale Mortgage, Inc. was established in 1994, by Brad and Susanne Livingston. Brad and Susanne have been active in the real estate community for over 20 years. RWM is a family owned and operated Direct Lender.

Roughly 50% of these loans are funded directly by RWM, while the remaining loans are brokered to other sources giving borrowers the most competitive edge while finding the product niche that meets their needs.
